Account Manager – Private Wealth (Key Account)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to serve high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients in our Private Wealth division. You will be responsible for delivering a premium service experience, growing assets under management and promoting our brokerage and wealth‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned book of HNW clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Achieve KPIs related to AUM growth, revenue targets and acquisition of new HNW clients.
  • Develop and execute personalized wealth‑management strategies aligned with client investment objectives.
  • Promote and cross‑sell brokerage products, equities, mutual funds, structured products, derivatives and private banking services.
  • Monitor client portfolios, provide performance reporting and market updates.
  • Identify opportunities to increase client assets and revenue.
  • Collaborate with research, operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Participate in client meetings, events and relationship‑building initiatives.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field; CFA/FRM/CMFAS a plus.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience preferred; highly motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged.
  • Exposure to HNW/UHNW client networks is an advantage.
  • Professional, client‑focused, proactive and eager to grow in wealth management.
  • Mandarin language skills preferred.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with financial products such as equities, futures/options and wealth‑management solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
