Account Manager – Sales (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager – Sales to drive the implementation of sales activities and manage customer relationships in Singapore. The role will act as the main interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring contracts are processed accurately and sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, translating requirements to the sales team and other departments.
• Review and process sales contracts, amendments, pricing letters and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer complaints, operate the customer portal and provide first‑line support.
• Maintain accurate customer data in SAP, SPPE, CRM and related sales platforms.
• Monitor the sales plan with the Sales Manager, prepare periodic operations reports and coordinate with production scheduling.
• Oversee day‑to‑day sales operations for the assigned region, organise regional stock levels and conduct regular review meetings.
• Coordinate logistics, legal, credit, insurance and other support functions to guarantee timely delivery and contract compliance.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with external customers and stay up‑to‑date on aluminium industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales operations or account management, preferably within the aluminium or related industrial sector.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholder requests.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across logistics, legal, finance and technical teams.
• Ability to analyse sales performance data and take corrective actions as directed by management.
