Account Manager – Southeast Asia

About the role
Based in Singapore, the Account Manager for Southeast Asia will drive sales, support business development, product strategy, retail presentations and brand‑building activities for Coach across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Drive overall business performance across SEA markets and achieve retail sales, wholesale shipments and business‑development targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders to influence and cooperate on business goals.
- Serve as the day‑to‑day liaison between Coach and distributors, ensuring alignment on brand and business objectives.
- Provide market insights on consumer behavior, regional trends and competitive dynamics.
- Execute key strategies and product initiatives, conveying product standards to accounts and teams.
- Identify and assess sales initiatives to drive business performance.
- Propose business‑development opportunities and develop multi‑year strategies for assigned markets.
- Support new store openings, including account setup, execution tracking and adherence to Coach standards.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Training) for best‑in‑class retail execution.
- Manage monthly sales and shipment forecasts, track actual performance and own annual sales planning in partnership with Finance.
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of weekly POS data.
Required profile
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical problem‑solving abilities.
- Proactive individual with strong initiative, follow‑through and ability to quickly grasp business fundamentals.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions, identifying issues and recommending action plans.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, able to work cross‑functionally.
