Account Manager – Toys & Hobbies (TikTok Shop)

About the role

The Account Manager for Toys & Hobbies will own key seller relationships on TikTok Shop, helping merchants grow their business through content‑led commerce, livestreaming and creator collaborations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive category performance and deliver an excellent buyer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Toys & Hobbies sellers, supporting their performance and long‑term success on TikTok Shop.
• Execute category growth initiatives such as seller segmentation, assortment optimisation and campaign participation.
• Partner with sellers to improve TikTok Shop operations through content, livestreaming, promotions and creator collaborations.
• Analyse performance data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support onboarding, incubation and scaling of high‑potential sellers within the category.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, marketing, creator and operations teams to ensure effective execution.
• Track key metrics and continuously optimise seller performance and buyer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the Toys & Hobbies industry in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
• Deep knowledge of the Toys & Hobbies ecosystem, market structure, trends and consumer behaviour.
• Strong industry network with brands, distributors, retailers, creators and community stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate industry knowledge into business impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
