Account Manager – Trade Deepsea (Singapore)

About the role

You will support the trade sales process within the Deepsea department, preparing accurate quotations and handling customer requests end‑to‑end. Working closely with Purchasing, Shipping, Warehouse, Service Coordination, Planning, Business Development and Finance, you will help exceed customer expectations and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and elaborate tickets in line with sales authorisation and pricing guidelines.
• Calculate cost prices for small orders based on customer specifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and complete information in Zendesk and Navision.
• Process invoices for sales orders and ensure invoicing consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve time‑to‑quote.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of commercial and administrative experience.
• Customer‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Accurate, well‑organized and comfortable with phone follow‑up.
• Team player with a hands‑on mentality.
