Account Representative

About the role

The Account Representative will own post‑sale relationship management for NetFarmer’s client base across HubSpot and MsgBox. Reporting to the CEO, you will maintain regular contact with clients, address issues, and drive renewals and upsells.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with assigned clients by email and phone, checking usage and collecting feedback.
• Log client issues, route them to the appropriate technical or delivery team, and follow through to resolution.
• Track each client’s contract and renewal dates, proactively reaching out ahead of expiry to secure renewals.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and pursue or hand off them as appropriate.
• Keep CRM records up‑to‑date with contact history, client status, renewal dates, and open issues.
• Flag early signs of client dissatisfaction or churn risk to the CEO.

Required profile

• Comfortable and warm on the phone and over email; enjoys staying in touch with people.
• Organised and able to manage a large client portfolio without missing renewal dates.
• Prior experience in client service, account coordination, or customer support is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
