Account Representative – Territory Expansion

About the role

The Account Representative, Territory provides low‑touch, scalable sales coverage across a defined customer territory. You will identify expansion opportunities, support demand‑generation activities and maintain overall account health while working independently with occasional guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide low‑touch, scalable coverage across assigned territories using automated engagement channels and targeted direct outreach.
• Manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining visibility into account health, activity, and engagement levels.
• Identify and drive upsell, cross‑sell, and new seat expansion opportunities, articulating customer value.
• Activate and support demand‑generation initiatives through pooled marketing programs and transactional sales motions.
• Develop, maintain, and report accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data for seat expansion and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with partner sales leadership, customer success teams, and extended sales stakeholders to ensure consistent customer experiences.
• Route complex technical needs to specialists and support partner‑led sales and enablement efforts.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, inside sales, or customer‑facing roles.
• Ability to manage large account volumes with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational discipline and data‑driven judgment.
• Effective communication using scalable, templated outreach methods.
