Account Solutions Specialist – Up to $4,500, Permanent (East Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Solutions Specialist to build strong relationships with customers in the East region of Singapore. You will understand business needs, recommend technology solutions, and drive account growth while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Gather customer requirements and propose suitable products, services, and technology solutions.
• Conduct meetings, solution presentations, product demos, workshops, and Proof‑of‑Concept activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with Product Support, Engineering, IT Operations, Finance and Project teams to deliver solutions.
• Support project handover, contract renewals, account expansion and post‑implementation follow‑up.
• Oversee equipment rental enquiries, quotations, deployment and returns.
• Maintain accurate records of engagements, opportunities and sales activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, technical sales, pre‑sales or solution engineering.
• Knowledge of radio communications, 4G/5G networks, enterprise ICT or command & control systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Analytical, organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
