Account Strategist – Mid-Market Sales (English)

About the role

As an Account Strategist in Google Customer Solutions, you will partner with small‑ and medium‑sized businesses to drive growth through Google’s advertising ecosystem. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping owners and marketing leaders achieve their objectives using data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid‑market clients, understanding their business goals, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
• Build credibility with C‑level stakeholders and serve as a consultant to optimize and expand their advertising spend.
• Develop and execute a long‑term joint strategy, coordinating cross‑functional teams within Google to deliver results.
• Identify growth drivers and risks, creating multi‑quarter plans that align Google solutions with client needs.
• Produce data‑driven analyses and actionable recommendations that quantify high‑impact opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Fluent English communication skills for client engagement across the region.
