Accountant / Accounting Executive – Corporate Services

About the role

Vanzbon Global is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant / Accounting Executive to deliver bookkeeping, accounting and compliance services for its corporate clients in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage full sets of accounts, ensure statutory compliance and support clients with tax and payroll matters.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts for a portfolio of corporate clients, including general ledgers, AR, AP and fixed assets.
• Perform daily and monthly bookkeeping, record revenue, expenses, bank transactions and journal entries.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and reconcile client, supplier and inter‑company balances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and financial statements.
• Assist clients with GST registration, computation, return preparation and corporate income tax filings.
• Support payroll calculations, CPF contributions and related reporting.
• Liaise with clients, external auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist during annual audits.
• Monitor filing deadlines and ensure timely, accurate delivery of client deliverables.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts for multiple clients, preferably in an accounting firm or corporate services environment.
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards, GST, corporate tax and payroll compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB.
