Accountant – Finance Consolidation

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant specialized in Finance Consolidation to join our regional headquarters in Singapore. You will be responsible for preparing consolidated group accounts and supporting month‑end and year‑end financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated group accounts in line with group policies and statutory requirements.
• Perform bookkeeping for assigned entities, including journal postings.
• Own monthly accounting processes such as AR, AP, GL, and recharges, and manage payment processing.
• Support year‑end closing, statutory financial statements, and GST/income tax filings.
• Assist with external audit queries and coordinate with service providers, auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with finance filing, tax filing, audit procedures, and internal controls.
• Support new corporate processes and system implementations.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or CPA, CA Singapore, or ACCA certification.
• 2+ years of consolidation experience, preferably from a Big 4 audit background.
• Strong knowledge of accounting consolidation principles and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and organizational abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with good interpersonal and communication skills.
