Accountant – Finance Operations

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to lead month‑end closing, financial reporting and statutory compliance. The role will oversee finance operations in Korea, manage fixed assets and intercompany transactions, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage month‑end closing and prepare financial reports.
- Handle statutory reporting, including audit, tax, corporate secretarial duties and surveys.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Oversee finance operations for Korea, ensuring accurate fixed‑asset, lease accounting and intercompany transactions.
- Maintain and improve internal controls.
- Perform additional finance‑related tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in audit, tax and accounting.
- CPA qualification (mandatory).
- Ability to coach and guide junior staff in Korea.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Copilot.
- Familiarity with Oracle FCC (advantage).
