About the role

The company is seeking an Accounts cum HR Executive to manage both finance and human resources functions for its Singapore and Malaysia entities. This dual‑role involves overseeing full set accounting, monthly closings, and payroll administration while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

Maintain full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
Oversee monthly financial closing and prepare management accounts.
Monitor cash flow, working capital and review branch financial reports.
Handle compliance, audit coordination and ad‑hoc finance projects.
Process payroll for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring statutory compliance.
Administer employee benefits, leave, attendance and maintain HR records.
Support recruitment, onboarding and employee relations activities.
Manage work‑pass matters and ensure HR regulatory compliance.

Required profile

N‑level qualification.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a SME environment.
