Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Singapore. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, and managing outstanding receivables to support the company’s cash flow.
Key responsibilities
- Car invoicing for revenue recognition and ad‑hoc billings
- Accrual of cost of sales
- Ensure billing documents are complete with proper authorisation
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Post receipts
- Follow up on outstanding debts
- Check commissions
- Prepare sales, cost of sales, gross profit reports and monthly reports
- Analyse sales, cost of sales and gross profit
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior
