  • Provide monthly budget and financial reporting with trend analysis to CITS Management, and present financial utilisation and year-end projections with Divisional Directors.
  • Establish key controls so that IT financial transactions, assets and accounting practices, including prepayments and accruals, comply with NTU policy and remain audit-ready.

  • Develop the IT competency matrix, skills-gap analysis and annual learning roadmap, and workforce dashboards for permanent and contract resources.
  • Supervise assigned staff and help improve CIO Office governance and reporting.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Experience supervising staff.
  • Strong analytical judgement, problem-solving, executive communication, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • High integrity, meticulous and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in an unstructured environment.

Required skills

  • Strong plus: practical knowledge of procurement, tendering, contract lifecycle management, commercial evaluation and supplier performance management.
  • Good to have: experience in technology or IT finance in a large enterprise, public-sector or institutional setting; knowledge of workforce capability planning; experience using AI and automation to improve process efficiency; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification such as CA, CPA, CIPS, TBM or FinOps.

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. NTU offers structured learning and development, career progression and a comprehensive staff welfare programme.
