ACMV BIM/Modeller – Revit MEP Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an ACMV BIM/Modeller to develop and coordinate 3‑D BIM models for air‑conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. The role involves creating detailed HVAC layouts, routing ductwork and piping, and ensuring model compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3‑D BIM models for ACMV systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare shop drawings, layout plans, and sections in line with project standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines using Navisworks.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and update models based on design changes and site requirements.
• Ensure models adhere to the BIM Execution Plan, local codes, and client standards.

Required profile

• Experience in BIM modelling for HVAC/MEP projects.
• Familiarity with project documentation and construction coordination.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project teams.
