Adjunct Faculty - Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Power BI

About the role

EduCLaaS is seeking an experienced Adjunct Faculty member to deliver high-quality training in Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Power BI. The ideal candidate is an industry practitioner who enjoys sharing knowledge, mentoring learners and helping them prepare for careers in data analytics and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led training in Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Power BI.
• Facilitate classroom and online sessions with practical, real-world examples and hands-on exercises.
• Mentor and coach students one-on-one and in groups, giving timely feedback on assignments, projects and assessments.
• Collaborate with the Learning Management and Academic teams to review, enhance and maintain curriculum quality.
• Share industry trends, best practices and use cases, and guide students in developing technical and problem-solving skills.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative learning environment and support students with capstone projects and industry-relevant portfolios.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of hands-on industry experience in Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio or Power BI.
• 1-3 years of teaching, training or corporate learning experience in IT or technology subjects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• ACLP or ACTA, AITP certification required (or willingness to obtain it).

Required skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Experience designing automation workflows, dashboards, reports and AI-powered conversational solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Apps and Azure is an advantage.
• Industry certifications such as PL-300, PL-500, PL-900 or PL-200 are an added advantage.
