Adjunct Trainer – Emerging Technologies, Design Thinking, Project & Change Management

About the role

RISE, the Rapid & Immersive Skill Enhancement programme backed by BCG U, is seeking a part‑time Adjunct Trainer to deliver high‑impact digital learning across Asia‑Pacific. You will guide learners through complex subjects and real‑world projects that showcase their capabilities in digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare and deliver training sessions on Emerging Technologies, Design Thinking, Project & Change Management and Digital Transformation.
• Mentor and inspire learners, helping them overcome challenges in mastering advanced topics.
• Facilitate the development of real‑world digital transformation projects aligned with client needs.
• Research industry trends to keep curriculum current and engaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience and training delivery in digital transformation, emerging technologies, design thinking, project & change management or agile ways of working.
• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) from the Institute of Adult Learning (IAL).
• Preferably based in Singapore or with prior experience working in Singapore.
