Admin & Safety Executive

About the role

The Admin & Safety Executive provides essential support for construction projects across Singapore, handling both office administration and on‑site safety coordination. The role requires close interaction with the China headquarters to ensure smooth communication and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily project reception, visitor handling and meeting arrangements, with flexible working hours as needed.
• Oversee procurement, payment, distribution and registration of office supplies for the project.
• Coordinate with project teams and various departments at the China head office, preparing and delivering requested documents.
• Assist in on‑site safety inspections, collect safety data and enter information into online systems.
• Prepare and submit monthly safety reports and support the implementation of safety management documents from the China safety department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
• Familiarity with construction project administration processes.
• Experience in reception work for a Chinese company is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the China headquarters and produce required reports.

• Permanent employment with a monthly salary range of SGD 2,800 – 3,800.
• Island‑wide work location in Singapore with a 6‑day work week.
