About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team. In this role you will ensure smooth processing of work‑pass applications, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with various HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage renewal and cancellation of work passes for foreign employees.
- Monitor and update CSOC course requirements for staff.
- Track and regularly update employee annual leave, medical leave and expense records on a quarterly basis.
- Arrange insurance bonds for newly hired workers.
- Carry out additional HR duties and initiatives as assigned.
- Assist in preparing HR statistical reports and MOM surveys.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the HR team.
