About the role

We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Contract Department. The role involves handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and assisting with basic accounting activities. You will work closely with contract managers and finance staff to ensure that all documentation is processed correctly and that financial information is accurately recorded.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Contract Department, including filing, document control and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and ensure records are kept up‑to‑date.
  • Assist in preparing simple accounting reports such as tracking invoices and payment records.
  • Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases.

Required profile

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; diploma preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data sorting).
