Administrative Assistant – Mandarin (Fresh Graduates, Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant with Mandarin proficiency to join our project team in Singapore. This entry‑level position is open exclusively to fresh graduates who are ready to relocate and support daily project operations.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and schedule meetings for the project team, including booking venues and catering.
• Manage daily calendars and coordinate internal and external communications.
• Track monthly progress claims and aggregate summaries of claims and payments.
• Prepare weekly site progress reports and maintain project‑related paperwork.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, issuing LOAs, purchase orders and distributing shop drawings.
• Handle ad‑hoc administrative duties such as booking meals and processing documentation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within 12 months) with a degree in administration, business, engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore and work on‑site.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Mandarin language proficiency.
