About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our headquarters and support the day‑to‑day operations of our property management team. You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all incoming calls courteously and professionally, directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle general office correspondence, including emails, letters, notices, and other communications.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain accurate records, contracts, and filing systems to support operational and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee compliance with Section 47 requirements by managing documentation, reporting, and related obligations.
- Provide administrative support to the site management team and assist with operational tasks to maintain efficient site operations.
- Undertake ad‑hoc duties assigned by management to support business continuity.
- Cover site staff duties as needed to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
Required profile
- Minimum O‑Level qualification.
- At least one year of relevant experience in property management.
