About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Executive to support our Renewable Energy business in Singapore on a one‑year fixed‑term basis. The role will ensure smooth office operations, manage documentation and assist with onboarding and event planning. You will act as a key point of contact for purchase requests and fleet management.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day office administration, including pass applications, payment processing and pantry supply replenishment.
- Process Purchase Requests and route documents for electronic signatures via Docusign, securing all required approvals.
- Maintain document numbering, version control and categorisation in system trackers and SharePoint.
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures for facilities and administrative processes.
- Support new‑hire onboarding, coordinate office supplies, vendor relations and equipment servicing.
- Assist with fleet management policies and servicing.
- Organise internal meetings, staff events and training sessions, and prepare expense and budget reports.
- Ensure a clean, safe and well‑organized office environment.
Required profile
- Diploma in any field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative, project or office support roles.
- Self‑starter with strong self‑management and prioritisation skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP.
- Familiarity with Docusign or similar electronic signature tools.
- Knowledge of SharePoint for document management.
