About the role
We are looking for a proactive and well‑organised Administrative Executive to support our Electrical and Electronics team. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations by managing administrative processes and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including quotation preparation, order creation and accurate record maintenance.
- Prepare and track job orders and related documentation.
- Support customer service activities, ensuring timely and professional responses and follow‑ups.
- Coordinate schedules and service arrangements with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper filing of all documentation in both softcopy and hardcopy formats.
- Provide general and ad‑hoc administrative support as required.
- Continuously review and improve administrative processes.
Required profile
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a customer‑facing, engineering or technical environment.
- Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills.
- Well‑organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working with IT systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and positive attitude with strong follow‑up, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
