Administrative & Programme Executive

About the role

The Administrative & Programme Executive ensures the smooth operation of our centre by coordinating daily manpower planning, student movement, and programme logistics. You will work closely with Programme Coordinators and the HR team to address real‑time staffing needs and maintain seamless communication across teachers, parents, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing schedules, deployments, and attendance for teachers and support staff.
• Manage student intake, first‑day readiness, transitions, and withdrawal processes, ensuring all documentation is shared promptly with the education team.
• Monitor staffing sufficiency, adjust manpower allocations, and support day‑to‑day programme operations.
• Oversee attendance administration, welfare follow‑up, and operational readiness for all programme activities.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, parents, and external vendors to resolve last‑minute manpower challenges.
