Admissions Executive

About the role

Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM), established in 2001, is a premier education provider in the region focused on student-centred learning. It is hiring a full-time Admissions Executive in Singapore to support its student recruitment and admissions work.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse applications of prospective local and overseas students against admission policies.
• Manage students' status on Student Pass applications, appeals, issuance and associated costs.
• Handle agent applications, renewals and updates of the agent list under the SkillsFuture guidance documents.
• Be familiar with Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) procedures and create SOLAR+ accounts.
• Support the recruitment team in preparing admission documents and hosting student enquiries online and on site.
• Take part in recruitment events such as open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
• Maintain a student information database and student feedback to generate reports when needed.
• Provide administrative support to the Vice-President of Student Recruitment & Admissions and perform other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma or equivalent; preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in an academic institution, though entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal, social and customer service skills.
• Highly organised, meticulous, able to prioritise and multitask.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is preferred.
