Advanced Clinical Practitioner – Haematology/Oncology

About the role

Medpace is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) with specialised experience in haematology and oncology to join our research teams. The ACP will work closely with physicians, providing clinical expertise to support the design, execution, and safety oversight of clinical research studies. This position does not involve direct patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary clinical resource for study teams and support study physicians.
• Contribute to the development and review of study protocols, focusing on scientific, clinical, and patient‑safety considerations.
• Design and deliver internal education, including indication and protocol training.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice, SOPs, and ICH guidelines to protect study subjects.
• Review study data, lead discussions, and present findings at key meetings.

Required profile

• Master’s or doctorate degree in nursing (or equivalent).
• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an advanced nurse practitioner or clinical nurse specialist in haematology/oncology.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical research is desirable.
