Senior Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Pharmacist to join a multidisciplinary team focused on acute and chronic disease management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, effective medication use while supporting patient wellness across inpatient and ambulatory settings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug‑related problems.
• Recommend and monitor patient‑specific drug therapy and provide safe alternatives.
• Document therapeutic outcomes and oversee drug distribution processes.
• Participate actively in inpatient clinical rounds and ambulatory care clinics.
• Dispense medications and counsel patients on their treatment plans.
• Communicate timely, accurate drug information to healthcare teams.
• Educate the public, patients, students, and fellow professionals on safe medication use.
• Conduct clinical or translational research to advance specialty knowledge.

Required profile

• Eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Qualified pharmacist with senior‑level experience in clinical or hospital pharmacy.
