Advanced Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking an Advanced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on producing high‑quality products efficiently while adhering to strict safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and set up production machines according to shop order packets.
• Inspect parts using gauges and verify dimensions within a tolerance of ±0.001.
• Maintain compliance with Weatherford’s safety, security, HSE, and quality policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and follow financial and reporting procedures.
• Identify and suggest continuous improvement opportunities in health, safety, and environmental practices.

Required profile

• Familiarity with corporate safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work within physical constraints of a manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high‑quality output.
• Willingness to follow documented procedures and company policies.
