Aftermarket Manager

About the role

The Aftermarket Manager will be responsible for generating profitable aftermarket sales revenue for industrial compressed‑air equipment. The role focuses on managing the existing installed base, recapturing drifted clients and acquiring new accounts through an excellent after‑sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and grow the aftermarket business by meeting order, revenue and margin targets aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and execute plans to increase market share, installed‑base coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on field jobs and testing & commissioning projects.
• Follow up quotations and purchase orders with customers, providing technical clarification as needed.
• Close service jobs promptly and deliver timely performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Aftersales experience with industrial products such as air compressors, dryers or similar equipment.
• Own a Class 3 driving licence and a vehicle.
