AI and Machine Learning Intern

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is recruiting an AI and Machine Learning intern in Singapore. The role is hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week spent in an HPE office. It suits someone enrolled in university who can start in January 2027 and commit at least 5 to 6 months full time.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and product managers to integrate ML solutions into products.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract insights and prepare them for modelling.
• Optimize and fine-tune models to improve performance, accuracy and efficiency.
• Run experiments and evaluate different ML techniques to find the best approach for each use case.
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure for production deployment.
• Write clear, maintainable code and document ML models and processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployed models, and communicate results to stakeholders through reports, presentations and visualizations.

Required profile

• Enrolled in university.
• Able to start in January 2027.
• Able to commit a minimum of 5-6 months full time.

Required skills

• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning and generative AI.
