Lead Technical Product Manager

About the role

The company builds proactive, AI-native applications for everyday tasks such as communication, coordination and collaboration, with minimal to no prompting. Its first product is an agent-first mobile communication app. It is looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager in Singapore to define product strategy and work closely with engineering leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap and priorities based on user needs, market opportunities and business goals
• Determine product scope, feature priorities and release plans across major product areas
• Work with engineering leadership on system architecture, technical feasibility and trade-offs affecting performance and reliability
• Guide product and design decisions to ensure a consistent, intuitive user experience
• Lead launch planning, release readiness and post-launch improvements
• Set product success metrics and use adoption, engagement, retention and user feedback to guide investment and priorities

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leading major technology products or product lines
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products with measurable business and user impact
• Strong judgment in resolving competing priorities across users, business objectives, engineering capacity and long-term technical direction
• Ability to align engineering, design and business stakeholders around product direction and technical constraints

Required skills

• Deep technical fluency across system architecture, distributed systems, APIs, data infrastructure and production reliability
• Ability to evaluate system-level designs and understand how architectural decisions affect capabilities, scalability, cost and time-to-market
• Experience setting product strategy and technical priorities across multiple interconnected product areas or teams
• Nice to have: previous software engineering experience; experience leading zero-to-one products, platform strategy, technically complex consumer products or cross-team initiatives
