AI Architect

About the role

We are looking for a visionary AI Architect to lead the design, development and deployment of AI solutions across our bank’s Financial Services vertical. The role will shape the AI strategy and ensure secure, scalable integration of AI into core banking, customer experience, risk management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the bank’s AI architecture and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution design for Generative AI/LLM and AI/ML models, including data pipelines, model training, fine‑tuning and hands‑on LLMOps.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering and business teams to identify and deliver high‑impact GenAI/AI automation use cases.
• Ensure AI systems meet regulatory, ethical and data‑governance requirements.
• Evaluate, pilot and integrate emerging AI technologies, platforms and tools.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship and guidance to AI engineers and data scientists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML solution architecture, preferably within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and Databricks, as well as statistics and data engineering.
• Familiarity with banking regulatory frameworks and ethical AI practices.
• Experience with GenAI observability, traceability and explainability using OpenAI and Anthropic models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
