AI Empowerment Manager - Global HR Tech

About the role

A multinational organisation undergoing significant digital transformation is looking for an experienced HR technology and AI professional to lead the design and delivery of innovative workforce solutions. The role drives AI adoption across HR operations, turning business challenges into scalable digital capabilities that improve efficiency, insight and employee experience. It is based in Singapore and is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high-value HR transformation opportunities and develop AI-enabled solutions for workforce, talent, compliance and employee experience challenges.
• Design and evolve a long-term HR AI architecture roadmap aligned with broader digital transformation objectives.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, technology assessments and implementation activities to validate and scale new capabilities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, governance standards and best practices to support sustainable AI adoption across HR functions.
• Collaborate with global business leaders, technology teams and external partners to deliver enterprise-wide outcomes across multiple regions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives, including hands-on implementation of AI-driven business solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, drive complex projects and turn business objectives into measurable outcomes.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in large language models, knowledge retrieval frameworks, intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
• Solution architecture and experience integrating AI with enterprise HR platforms, data ecosystems and workforce management processes.
