Senior Assistant Manager, HRBP

About the role

NHG is hiring a Senior Assistant Manager, HRBP. The role covers HR project management, policy development and general HR advisory to department heads and line managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR projects, from scoping and planning through implementation and post-implementation review, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing timelines and resources
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management and identify project risks with mitigation strategies
• Review, develop and implement HR policies aligned to organisational strategy and regulatory requirements, benchmark against industry and healthcare best practice, and monitor updates to employment legislation and sector guidelines
• Build stakeholder consensus and buy-in for new policies
• Advise department heads and line managers on workforce planning, employee relations and performance management

Required profile

• General degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or public sector environment
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives
