AI Engineer – Capital Markets

About the role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design and deliver AI‑enabled solutions for capital markets. You will work closely with senior business leaders to translate financial domain needs into innovative, data‑driven applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end AI models and workflows tailored to capital markets processes.
• Integrate AI capabilities using Agentic AI platforms such as DIFY, Google ADK, and LangStack.
• Implement prompt engineering, data engineering, and ETL pipelines to support model training and inference.
• Deploy solutions in containerised environments using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or AWS.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure reliable production releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present technical concepts, and influence strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in capital markets or financial markets.
• Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI platforms and end‑to‑end AI solution delivery.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Computer Science, IT, or an MBA with a finance focus.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, IOC, or ICFA are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive business impact.
