AI & Marketing Executive

About the role

Twin City Endodontics is seeking an AI & Marketing Executive to lead end‑to‑end digital marketing using AI tools. You will work closely with the company’s AI partner, learn the existing systems and soon own the AI‑driven marketing stack.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS and Google.
• Create social media graphics and short videos using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and image/video generators.
• Optimize online advertising spend within approved budgets.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Monitor performance and produce monthly reports on enquiries, bookings and cost per booked patient.
• Support lead generation and maintain the leads register.
• Manage social media accounts, respond to enquiries and forward them to the clinic team.
• Vibe‑code and maintain AI tools (AI enquiry agent, WhatsApp reminders, dashboards) with guidance from the AI partner.
• Collaborate with IT suppliers on tools and applications.
• Stay updated on AI and digital‑marketing trends.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in marketing, business, information systems, computing, design or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to create content or build simple apps, bots or dashboards, with an example of your work.
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets; able to interpret ad results.
• Interest in vibe‑coding (e.g., Lovable, Replit, Cursor, Claude Code, n8n).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Fast learner, well‑organized and takes ownership of results.
