AI Solutions Engineer Intern (Bachelor's/Master's)

About the role

Marvell Semiconductors' IT team, which implements and maintains networks, IT systems and processes, is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer intern. The internship lets you work with mentors on end-to-end AI projects, from idea through prototype to demo, and supports the development of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with mentors to define and shape AI projects from idea through prototype to demo.
• Gain hands-on experience in Python, Databricks and AWS on real-world use cases.
• Support Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including LLM-based workflows, prompt engineering and RAG.
• Translate business needs into technical approaches and help improve existing AI frameworks.
• Prototype and validate ideas against real data, then iterate based on feedback.
• Develop AI solutions and prototype ideas, exploring frameworks for OCR, image recognition and multimodal AI.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent fields; penultimate-year students are preferred.
• Strong interest in Generative AI and Agentic AI; prior exposure through coursework, side projects or LLM APIs is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Good communicator and collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Familiarity with databases or cloud platforms.
