Air Freight Export Officer (East)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Air Freight Export Officer to manage export shipments from our East Singapore hub. You will coordinate the full export process, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries for our international logistics clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end air export shipments from booking to departure.
• Prepare and verify export shipping documents and customs paperwork.
• Liaise with airlines, warehouse teams, transport vendors, customers and overseas offices.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide status updates.
• Handle exceptions and resolve operational issues.
• Support customer enquiries related to export shipments and documentation.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in air freight forwarding or export operations.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working in the Changi Airfreight Centre.
