Job description
职位概况
我们正在寻找具备从0到1搭建高可用 Android 原生应用经验的高级工程师，负责系统架构、性能优化及关键业务模块的实现。
主要职责
- 主导 Android 原生应用的架构设计，确保系统可扩展、稳定、组件化。
- 负责工具类产品的启动速度、后台稳定性、内存占用及安装包体积的极致优化。
- 独立或主导文件系统、网络加速、即时通讯、数据同步等复杂模块的设计与迭代。
- 参与开发工具链建设，推动单元测试、代码复审及 CI/CD 流程落地。
- 研发跨端容器/动态化框架，实现动态加载和高性能双向桥接。
任职要求
- 拥有 Android 商业项目经验，具备从0到1完整上线项目经历者优先。
- 熟悉大型工具类（如清理、安全、浏览器、社交工具）开发。
- 精通 Java 与 Kotlin，深入理解 Kotlin Coroutines、Flow 等现代开发栈。
- 深入了解 Android 系统机制（Framework 层、ClassLoader、Binder），能处理系统适配问题。
- 具备系统化的性能调优经验，熟练使用 Profiler 等工具，能解决内存泄漏、卡顿等问题。
- 具备良好的逻辑思维和跨部门沟通协作能力。
