APAC Communications Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Vice President of Communications, the APAC Communications Manager will lead regional communications strategy and execution across Asia‑Pacific, driving awareness, thought leadership, and brand affinity for Braze. You will work closely with global communications and regional marketing teams to ensure the Braze story is locally relevant, culturally fluent, and globally consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy across key APAC markets to showcase Braze’s leadership in AI, customer engagement and marketing technology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top‑tier media, analysts and influencers in markets such as Singapore, Australia, South Korea and Southeast Asia, and collaborate with the communications lead in Japan.
• Identify and secure speaking engagements, media interviews and panel opportunities for Braze executives and regional leaders.
• Partner with product and customer marketing to surface compelling success stories, support product launches and ensure messaging aligns with Braze’s brand positioning.
• Track, analyze and report on media coverage, engagement and brand perception, using insights to continuously refine regional strategy.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in corporate or product communications, public relations or media strategy, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Deep understanding of the APAC media and business landscape with existing relationships in key markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing PR agencies and working cross‑functionally with global teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
