APAC Logistics Analyst

About the role

The APAC Logistics Analyst is a data‑driven problem solver who ensures logistics operations across the Asia‑Pacific region are cost‑efficient, reliable and optimized. Working within Bosch’s regional supply chain organization, the analyst supports multiple countries by analysing data, improving processes and managing logistics performance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on transportation damage and claims, coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics providers to resolve open issues.
• Collect shipment reports, measure and analyse logistics KPIs such as on‑time delivery, transport cost and efficiency for air, sea and overland freight; audit invoices and detect discrepancies.
• Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI or similar tools, identify trends, bottlenecks and root causes, and support monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
• Support RFQs/RFPs, gather business requirements and align them with Bosch service catalogue and MOP format.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose and help implement logistics tools, automation and system upgrades, and standardise processes across APAC countries.

Required profile

• Fluent in Chinese.
• Good knowledge of supply chain and logistics concepts with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Power BI.
• Transport Management System (TMS) – preferred.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) – preferred.
