About the role
AltoVita is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead its Customer Success and Supply Chain functions across the APAC region. The role combines strategic support for corporate clients and relocation partners with oversight of the regional Customer Success team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the APAC Customer Success team, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
- Provide strategic support to corporate clients and relocation management partners throughout APAC.
- Drive growth of the supply‑chain and customer‑success offerings in the region.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, sharing market insights and data‑driven recommendations.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering strategic support to corporate clients and relocation partners across APAC.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a Customer Success team.
- Strong understanding of supply‑chain operations within a technology‑enabled environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
