APAC Partner Business Development Manager

About the role

Deepgram is expanding its Voice AI platform across the APAC region and is looking for a Partner Business Development Manager to build and scale its partner ecosystem in markets such as ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India and Greater China. The role will work closely with sales, engineering, product and marketing teams to drive partner‑sourced revenue and position Deepgram as a strategic AI voice partner.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic partner relationships across APAC, including hyperscalers, ISVs, CCaaS/CX platforms, GSIs, telcos and regional system integrators.
• Develop joint value propositions, GTM plans and co‑sell motions tailored to local market dynamics.
• Generate and accelerate partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline, supporting opportunities through meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Identify, develop and close new partner‑driven opportunities, maintaining strong forecasting discipline.
• Onboard new strategic partners, launch partner programs and create localized enablement content.
• Represent Deepgram in regional partner and customer engagements, staying informed on market trends, regulatory requirements and AI adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships or enterprise sales within the technology industry.
• Track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships and co‑sell motions across APAC markets.
• Strong understanding of APAC business dynamics and experience operating in multiple regions (ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India, Greater China).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid operational and forecasting discipline.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and can collaborate across global teams.
• Willingness to travel across APAC as needed.
