APAC Recruiting Coordinator – Singapore

About the role

Anthropic is expanding rapidly across the Asia‑Pacific region and needs a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator in Singapore to deliver a warm, high‑touch interview experience for candidates throughout APAC, including Japan, Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule high‑volume interview loops across multiple time zones, handling hiring manager screens, onsite interviews, debriefs and reference calls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear, culturally aware logistics communication.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to flag capacity risks, local holidays and market norms.
• Maintain accurate APAC role data in Greenhouse, configure interview plans and scheduling tools, and supervise automations.
• Provide follow‑the‑sun coverage with seamless handoffs between regions.
• Support regional hiring operations such as new locations, entity changes, offer logistics and onboarding handoffs.
• Identify process gaps, document best practices and lead improvement projects.
• Leverage AI tools as a core part of daily workflow.

Required profile

• 4+ years of recruiting coordination or high‑volume scheduling experience, preferably supporting multiple APAC markets.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across time zones and understand local business norms.
• Strong written communication skills with a friendly, informative tone.
• Fluency in English; additional APAC languages (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) are a plus.
• Passion for Anthropic’s mission and commitment to AI safety.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Greenhouse (applicant tracking system).
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as ModernLoop or GoodTime.
• Practical use of AI tools in daily tasks.
