Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Application Developer to design, build, and modernise enterprise and legal‑tech applications with AI‑enabled features that improve workflows, user experience and operational efficiency. The role works closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions on Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain internal business applications, services and APIs using secure coding practices.
• Build cloud‑ready solutions on the Azure platform, automate deployments and implement rollback strategies.
• Integrate AI capabilities through Azure AI Services while applying responsible AI guardrails and data‑protection controls.
• Develop and manage APIs for internal and third‑party integrations, ensuring performance, observability and resilience.
• Write comprehensive tests, conduct code reviews and maintain design and deployment documentation.
• Monitor application performance, strengthen security posture and troubleshoot incidents with root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine requirements, prototype, release and support post‑go‑live.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Practical development experience with .NET, PHP (Laravel) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js or Vue/Nuxt).
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services including App Services, Functions, SQL, Storage, API Management and Identity.
• Experience integrating AI features using Azure AI Services.
• Strong understanding of secure SDLC and OWASP guidelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
