SAP Functional Lead – Fusion Programme (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

The SAP Functional Lead will drive end‑to‑end functional delivery for the Fusion programme across APAC markets. Combining deep SAP expertise with project management skills, the role ensures design integrity, cross‑tower alignment and successful rollout in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership across OTC, S2P, PTM and R2R, reviewing designs, WRICEF objects and integration points.
• Lead daily stand‑ups, RAID management, sprint planning and delivery tracking for multiple functional streams and vendors.
• Oversee scenario validation, data migration, master‑data mapping and defect resolution in collaboration with Regional Data Leads.
• Engage business teams to gather requirements, translate them into SAP solutions and support training, change impact assessments and UAT.
• Triage functional defects, coordinate with ABAP, CPI and BTP teams and ensure high‑quality documentation and sign‑offs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project management or PMO experience in SAP programmes.
• Strong functional knowledge of at least two SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, FI/CO) and broad understanding of other modules.
• Experience with SAP interfaces (CPI/PI/PO) and master‑data structures.
• Proven ability to manage RAID logs, sprints and multi‑stream delivery across on‑shore and off‑shore teams.
