Applications Project Manager – 1 Year Renewable Contract

About the role

The Applications Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of client solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a 1‑year renewable contract position based in Singapore, reporting to senior management and working closely with sales and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource schedules, and align them with client objectives and organisational standards.
• Monitor project progress, financials, operational efficiency and documentation compliance.
• Implement risk management and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead all implementation phases, maintaining strict oversight of deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with sales to craft tailored solution proposals for prospective clients.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and achievement of client goals.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders and clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• PMP or CITPM certification is mandatory.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years on government projects and 3 years in IT project management.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead project teams.
