AR & Collections Finance Executive (2-Month Contract)

About the role

KONE, a global leader in elevators and escalators, is hiring a temporary AR & Collections Finance Executive for a 2-month contract from 1 December 2026 to 31 January 2027. The role reports directly to the Senior Finance Controller and supports day-to-day accounts receivable operations, collections activities and finance administration so that receivables are collected on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer payment allocation and resolve unapplied receipts
• Process cheque deposits and related documentation
• Generate and distribute daily bank statements
• Follow up with customers by email and call to meet monthly collection targets
• Prepare weekly AR KPI reports and periodic project-related AR reports
• Process new GIRO applications and ad-hoc Statements of Accounts requested by project teams
• Prepare internal Letters of Demand and coordinate with external legal representatives for external ones
• Process invoice cancellation, back charge and Letter of Demand requests through ServiceNow
• Liaise with Project Managers, Contracts, Sales, Operations, Shared Services and Legal teams on AR matters
• Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance team

Required profile

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Experience in accounts receivable operations and processes

Required skills

• Experience with the SAP ERP system is advantageous
